Reset counter epson t60 not working

Hello everyone,

I have been trying to reset the counter on my Epson T60 printer but it is not working. I have followed all the instructions online, but the printer still shows the error message. Has anyone else experienced this issue before or does anyone have any suggestions on how to successfully reset the counter? Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
