I recently purchased an Epson PX 435a printer and I am having trouble resetting the counter. I have tried pressing the reset button multiple times but it doesn't seem to be working. Can anyone provide me with some guidance on how to properly reset the counter for this printer model? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
