I am having some trouble resetting the counter on my Epson PM T960 printer. I have tried following several tutorials online, but none of them seem to be working for me. Does anyone have any experience with this specific printer model and can offer some advice on how to successfully reset the counter? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
