Reset counter epson pf 71 manual

Hello everyone,

I recently purchased an Epson PF 71 printer and I am having trouble resetting the counter manually. I have followed the instructions provided by the manufacturer, but the counter still does not reset properly. Has anyone else experienced this issue and found a solution? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.
