Reset counter epson e 800 windows 7

Hi everyone,

I am currently having issues with resetting the counter on my Epson E 800 printer on Windows 7. Does anyone have any tips or advice on how to successfully reset the counter and continue using my printer? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
