Reset counter epson d78 not working

Hello everyone,

I am currently having an issue with resetting the counter on my Epson D78 printer. I have tried following the instructions online, but it seems like the reset process is not working for me. Has anyone else encountered this problem before? If so, could you please share any tips or advice on how to successfully reset the counter on the Epson D78 printer? Your help would be greatly appreciated.
