Epson WorkForce WF-R8590 Synchro adjustment

Hello everyone,
I recently purchased an Epson WorkForce WF-R8590 printer and I'm having some trouble with the Synchro adjustment feature. When I try to adjust the settings, the printer doesn't seem to respond correctly. Has anyone else experienced this issue or has any tips on how to properly adjust the Synchro settings? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
