epson WF-R8590 reset utility

Hello everyone,

I recently purchased the Epson WF-R8590 printer and I am having some issues with it. I heard about the Epson WF-R8590 reset utility but I am not sure how to use it or where to download it. Can someone please guide me on how to reset my printer using this utility? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
