I recently encountered an issue with my Epson b42wd printer on Windows 7. The printer keeps showing a service required error message and I'm not sure how to fix it. I have tried restarting the printer and reinstalling the driver, but the problem persists. Has anyone else experienced this issue or have any suggestions on how to resolve it?
